Leasing on autopilot
The AI writes the listing, screens the leads, and books the tours. Nothing publishes until you approve it.
- Drafts the listing. Description, rent, and photos assembled from your unit file.
- Qualifies every lead. Income, rental history, and move-in date checked before a tour is booked.
- You approve. One card, one tap, then it publishes.
Sample data.
Maintenance without phone tag
Tenants report by app, by text, or by phone. The AI triages the issue, checks the lease, and collects 3 quotes from your vendor list. You get one card and one tap.
- Any channel in. App, text, or a phone call answered by the agent.
- 3 quotes, not 1. Your vendor list bids before you see a number.
- One tap out. Approve the card and the vendor is booked.

Fair questions
PropOps is early access. Here is exactly where it stands.
What does PropOps do today?
Listings and screening, maintenance with vendor quotes, rent on a per-property double-entry ledger, and one-tap approvals. Long-term, midterm, and rent-by-room rentals run on one system.
Can the AI spend my money?
No. It works inside spend caps you set once. Anything at or under a cap is handled and logged; anything over it waits for your approval as one card, one tap.
What does it cost?
There is no pricing yet. PropOps is in early access while the first portfolio runs on it, and early operators help shape what it becomes. Pricing will be announced before anything is charged.
What happens after I request access?
A person reads every request and replies by email. New operators come on in small groups, so the wait depends on where the list stands.
Which markets does compliance cover?
Two jurisdiction packs ship today: Toledo, Ohio and Riverside, California. Notices, deadlines, and local rules follow each pack. More markets are added as operators need them.
Is my data separate from other operators?
Yes. Every workspace is scoped to its own organization, and every money action is recorded on an append-only ledger with who approved it and when.
Set your limits once
Spend caps, screening criteria, approved vendors. The AI works inside them and brings you anything that crosses a line.
